Order Online

To order foreign currency online, please complete and submit an order request. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email and provide you with a Deal Number as well as confirm the applicable exchange rate, amount payable and preferred delivery method. We will also provide you with our bank account details so that you can then make a payment for the relevant amount into our account via BACS or CHAPS.

Please ensure that you quote your name and Order Number in the reference field when you arrange your bank transfer. Once cleared funds have been received, we will notify you via email. Your order can then be collected or will be dispatched to you (please see Travel Money Delivery Service for details) and we will notify you subsequent to the order being dispatched.

You may be required to produce proof of ID for some transactions. Two forms of ID will be required, one of which must be photographic.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
Photo ID – Current passport, Driving License or Identity Card
Secondary ID – Utility Bill, Council Tax Bill or Bank Statement (please note these must be dated within three months of submission of registration form)
